Despite his diving he's probably been the most complete centre forward of the recent past imo. Tremendous player.

Doubt Chelsea fans would be as happy to see Drogba had he joined Arsenal when he was still a top player.

Don't know what people were expecting from him over the 2 legs. He's 36 and up against the best defensive partnership in the premiership. As said before he went for a Final paycheck, he'll be back at Marseille or Chelsea in some role over the next year or 2.

Drogba was a tremendous striker for Chelsea. That was the high point in his career.
The main thing about him was his strength and sheer presence. He didn't have a great deal of accuracy with shots. He could be a bit clumsy.
Chelsea would be mad to bring him back now though.
