05-02-2014 08:03 PM #15Arriving in England, Djemba-Djemba was unknown to many fans and pundits alike. He established his aggressive style on his debut against Arsenal in the FA Community Shield, with a tackle on Arsenal's Sol Campbell which Arsène Wenger called "obscene".

That's an unbelievable signing btw! How the heck did they pull that one off?! He'd walk in any team in the league, and at 32 you'd have thought he would be more than capable if playing English Championship football ATLEAST!

As I said previously the fans felt they needed a centre half but may pop down and watch him just to see how he does ..
Talking of Frank McGarvey .i remember living in a flat in love street as a student .Celtic beat the saints 5 1 to win the league on last day of the season and a Celtic fan threw a brick through our bedroom window. Had forgotten about that and completely off topic ..

I really doubt he's going to be half as good as some people seem to think he's going to be..

Not saying it's a good or bad signing but where has he been and what has he done lately. Has he been more places than Billy Broon? If so, why? Where's the statisticians when you need them?

Obviously he's got a 'massive' club on his CV but I can't remember him doing anything notable at all.
