Agree we would want to avoid Spain and Belgium but having England appeals to me and might bring the best out of us

Scotland have shown that on occasion they can pull it off, eg. Croatia. We'll most likely get a group somewhere between those two scenarios and I honestly think that with Strachan's input and an enlarged format there's no reason we can't qualify.
A group including us, England, Norn Iron and the RoI could be interesting
. No Wales as they had the nerve to end up in the same pot as us.
