Don't want this to turn into a 5 page debate if Wotherspoon was a good player or not..but
I except Hibs fans to give Wotherspoon a good reception if he plays on Saturday at ER against us.
Anyone followed his progress at St Johnstone? Think he's played around 22 games and got 1 goal.
Always came across as a good guy - like Lewis Stevenson - probably didn't help the constant change of managers.
Will always remember this goal - deflected or not - the whole stadium was bouncing that night!

Definitely deserves a good reception. He was a good servant for the club until it was time to move on.
The St Johnstone supporters I've spoken to have said he was superb at the start of the season but has had a recent dip in form. He seems to be enjoying his football though so here's hoping he gets his early season form back .. after Saturday.

Lets juat give him and his team mates as easy a time as possible.
Don't forget to boo and scream at our own players when they make a slight mistake though!

Won't boo him, no reason to do so imo.
PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

Glad to see he will get a decent reaction - was good last season giving Nish a clap as he went off for Dundee - like others said - scoring a winner against the club with no shame =

But I thought the booing, slagging him off and generallly getting on his back was what caused him to perform so poorly at Hibs.......................surely we don't want him to have a good game against us

not sure about booing him but lets not make it easy for the guy as he doesnt like the crowd getting on his back, so we were told when he was with us as we were big nasty fans to him that why he lost his form.

Don't see this as much of an issue. Players move between clubs so often now you could be booing two or three players every other week.

Let's be honest if anyone thinks this lad deserves booed is on another planet. I was never a fan of his when he was at hibs, as most will know but I'd gladly applaud the lad or certainly not go out my way to boo him.
he has done nothing wrong other than not being good enough for most of us.
id clap the lad and let him move on after the 3 hours at ER on sat.
