Anyone any idea what the think was today? I sit in the west and on leaving the stewards/police had decided that We couldn't leave through the usual gate and therefore had to wander round the ground to get out.
Fair enough Celtic, Hearts & Aberdeen (as they usually bring decent crowds) but Partick Thistle

According to a steward the police were acting on information not related to Partick or Hibs but he couldn't say more. There was a heavy police presence on Easter Road and Bothwell Street post match.

Mini bus with Thistle's firm the NGE parked on London Road after the game and given a police escort along Queen Street.

Didn't realise we had dudes in the South Stand unless exceptional circumstance

We just went out the gates as usual.

Big police presence before the game. 4 police horses out in the street near the South stand at about 1.30pm. Found it strange at the time considering our opponents

I saw the "police enforcement" van on leaving West stand. was very unusual. Decent Partick support and no casual elements that I could see. Wonder why the heavy police presence?

Probably practice for the Hearts cup game.

2 police vans outside the Iona at 2.50pm with about 6 coppers following a group of Partick fans. Must have been about 8 of them and they were not wearing colours but the guys seemed ok and didn't look to be causing any bother. Do Hibs even have a mob these days? Or do they just come out for the odd Rangers game and friendlies against English teams.

They wouldn't let you out the gates between the west and the south stands, but then you could turn left at the Albion Bar and walk over the bridge with The Partick fans.
No bother with anyone whatsoever, but a slavering mate of mine said "Partick casuals done Hibs in The Persevere after the game". Anyone shed any light on this?

Surely not a problem with the followers of the Jolly Jags?
I always thought they drew their support from Milngavie and Bearsden and all that. For some reason I think of Jags fans visiting art galleries and coffee shops when the team are away. Having said that they take a decent away support in relation to their home crowds.

I thought that the away support was pretty poor for Glasgow's second biggest club.
