    Great read, seen every match he played for us, it was an exciting time because of George as it wasn't actually the best Hibs team I'd seen, fair boosted the crowds though. I actually have the original press photo of him signing that was used at the start of the article.

    I saw most of the games he played for Hibs too but missed his away debut. Vividly remember the biggest 20,000 crowd I have ever seen on his home debut. The big old terracing was creaking that day. His goal against Celtic is one of my favourite Hibs memories. One of the Best players ever to have kicked a ball.
