In what way is it balanced? To me theres a huge gap in the team linking the midfield and attack, a complete lack of pace in every area, and Im not entirely convinced by that defence. I like a lot of the players but I think we are set up wrong, yet again.

Would have liked to see Forster in there. Maybury I worry due to lack of pace, in an otherwise unpacy back four. Cant remember how quick or otherwise Forster is. Would love to see a rejuvinated McPake in there as he - on form - gives a bit of speed that we need.

I wanted to see Zoubir start as he is an unknown and its always interesting when a new signing comes in, but I never suggested he would make us a team - Ive never seen him play (or even heard of him before we signed him).

However, based on the last few weeks we have been terrible going forward, offering almost nothing going forward, and the lack of proper width was evident. We bring in a winger, apparently a solution to one of our problems, and then dont play him? I dont understand that.

We signed Maybury as a coach and emergency squad player but are playing him in front of Forster. Seems a bit strange to me considering Forster was our best defender at the end of last season.
