Williams
Stevenson Neilson Hanlon McGivern
Handling Robertson Craig Taiwo
Collins Caldwell
1)
This is my team. I'd move Craig inside close to Robertson depending on how their suspected injuries affect Pats choice. Got to get him into the 10 yards outside the penalty box to run onto lay offs or lay the passes to Collins
2)
Since its not working, I would go for a game plan of Taiwo and McGivern swapping roles when we have the ball and letting McGivern thunder down the wing and hit the by line. Taiwo plays a holding role on the left wing and MANS up against Killie wingers.
Different - Yes,
Better than the pish tactics ive seen so far this season....... who knows???? Until PF changes something no-one will know.

Folks that say Pat has got a very good squad together, can you explain then - why picking the team is actually really depressing?

I would also use Dean Horribine as sub to come on, he's got a bit of pace at least.

I think the red card should come in the first 10 minutes of the game, who takes one for the team tomorrow, i will go for Nelson.

I'd go with something along the lines of that hilarious mock up formation picture posted a few years ago under Mixu with us playing 8 forwards with Hogg and Jones in central defence screaming "GET BACK!"

for me it would be
Williams
Stevenson
Nelson
Hanlon
McGivern
Tudor-Jones
Handling
Robertson/Taiwo if not fit
Craig/Stanton if not fit
Vine
Collins
Need to get the 4 in bold further up the pitch and cause them some problems with the ball

Surely Caldwell is due a start, I'd put Vine on the bench, see how Ross gets on. Stevenson has managed to convince he can cut it at the other side of the pitch so would go with that again.
Stevenson
Nelson
Hanlon
Mcgivern
Taiwo
Robertson
Craig
Handling
Collins
Caldwell
Probably more a case of 2 up top rather than 4-3-3 though.

Anyway, team for tomorrow, lets try and attack:-
Williams
Maybury - Nelson - Hanlon - McGivern
Robertson - Taiwo - Craig
Vine - Collins - Handling
But I think Pat will go with:-
Williams
Stevenson - Nelson - Hanlon - McGivern
Vine - Robertson - Taiwo - Craig - Handling
Collins

..Robertson.... ..Handling..... .Craig.......
..............Caldwell.......Collins..............

If Craig and Robertson injured I would go
Williams
Maybury
Forster
Nelson
McGivern
Handling
OTJ
Taiwo
Stanton
Collins
Caldwell
Subs
Murdoch
Mullen
Stevenson
Hanlon
Horribine
Vine
Mulhall
I think Forster should be in as he always tries to pick a pass from the back and is a far better defender than Hanlon.... Attacks the ball better, reads the game better, passes better, is more physical in the challenge and is faster.
Maybury in for Mullen as more experience needed there. Him and Nelson either side of Foster will help him along. Mullen been ripped and caught out with balls over his head in nearly every game he has played.
If Pat insists on keeping Hanlon with Nelson at CH I would put Forster ahead of Maybury at RB
What I think Pat will go with
Williams
Stevenson
Nelson
Hanlon
McGivern
Taiwo
OTJ
Stanton
Handling
Vine
Collins
Whatever happens lets hope we can get that first elusive win of the season

Pat knows how to make things awkward for himself.
A foot note to that because we have so many similar players that makes us more predictable and are unable to play differently or if we go behind. I like TT but when he has came on as sub the last 2 games he's is not going to make any significant difference on how the team plays all we really done was play the same way but had someone fresh on who ran about a bit more!!!!

Williams - Forster, Nelson, Hanlon, McGivern - Handling, Tudur-Jones, Taiwo, Vine - Caldwell, Collins.

Potentially Thomson, Craig and Robertson all missing tomor. Add that to Harris and Cairney and were 5 starting midfielders down after only 3 league games. Quite incredible. Sums up our season thus far
