    Hibernian 1 v 1 Dundee United

I've never started one of these before and it's not as if we can get any worse so what the hell!

Time to turn our fortunes around today against a weakened Dundee United side and get some points on the board.

What's the weather like in Edinburgh (I await a 'bollah forecast ).

    Any early team news?

Just to add: If we win and Pat Fenlon gets a stay of execution, I accept no responsibility

Change Mullen with Forster and that would be my team.

I think we might see Danny Handling play in the "hole" today.
    Here's hoping

Seemed to big up Stanton in his pre match interview. Of the managers many failings blooding the laddies isn't one of them. Wonder if he may start young Sam ?

A bit windy today, if we go with the old hoofball again there's a chance the wind might blow the ball towards one of our own players !!

There'll be a restless atmosphere at ER today which could quickly turn to hostility if things go badly. Surely it's Pat's very last chance to salvage his tenure. I just don't know what to expect. Somehow we must find a way to open a team up and create some chances.

This will do :) think we need to see a shift in attitude today in terms of how we play the game. Let's go for it!

Win, lose or draw the only result that I will be happy with is Fenlon out.

I think we should all stop shaving till we get a win. Imagine us all sitting around stroking our beards in disgust.

I think we'll win easily today mind you.

I find that a bit odd, what if we win this week, next week and the one after? Would you still want him out? Or would that buy him more time?

You really do want us to get beat?

Your first 6 I'll give you but there is no way PF will drop both Collins and Vine for today's game.

Happy to give Caldwell a chance but drop Stanton and handling and bring in Robertson, Collins and/or Vine and that's your team.

I hope Caldwell and Collins start up front together.

The Teams ok, but I would have to take out Caldwell and replace him with Collins. The other 10 are fine.

I'm in semi retirement. Too many poor performances, it's time for someone else to pick up the meteorological baton.

I'll be leaving for ER shortly, all this wind and rain should suit the long punt downfield tactics quite nicely.

You're making out as if I've suggested putting Fenlon up front?
Vine showed nothing against hearts, I wouldn't exactly be rushing to put him in the side ahead of handling.
And as for Collins, yes Fenlon will never drop him, but I think Caldwell has the chance to be a top player, so I'd like to see him play.
I also don't see the point in playing Robertson out wide for the sake of it. I wouldn't start him in the middle, so I'm not going to chuck him out wide (like Fenlon did against hearts where he wasn't effective at all).

As I said, Fenlons team will be completely different but that's the sort of line up is like to see, youth and creativity.

I really don't understand this attitude 'no matter what happens I want Fenlon out'. Although it probably won't happen wouldn't you rather see him turn things round and succeed than see the man out of a job and us as a club having to 're-build' again? Before I get accused of being a Fenlon supporter, I'm not anymore and do feel it is time for change but whilst he is in charge of the club I will support him to the hilt and hope he manages to turn things around. The abuse on here directed towards a man that is doing his best and only wants the best for us is unwarranted and quite frankly embarrassing. (Not directed at you in particular)
