.....was the moment Fenlon lost me.
0-0 and needing a win to save himself he throws caution to the wind and brings on yet another defensive midfielder.

The Taiwo Substitution.....

No for me it was bring on Stanton instead on Caldwell, that was sheer madness. It's actually pretty scary how clueless he is. He's lost this supporter that's for sure, he deserves zero support for what he's doing to our club. High ball eye bleeding football garbage. He has surely lost his job now, SURELY!

I could see the logic in taking Robertson off as he was booked and still flying into challenges, but to put Taiwo on was incredibly negative, Stanton could have come on at that point and played attacking midfield.
Caldwell not getting on the pitch, considering his scoring record against this batch of hearts players, was baffling.

If he had changed tawio with jones who again was anonymous and brought on an attack minded player fine but his substitutions are like him clueless

He sent out a team to hoof it over the midfield and his game changer is to stick a short defensive midfielder on.
Really?

When he jumped you couldnt even stick a rizzler paper between him and ground.
Shocking player.
TT for me would start every game. The guys a class act. We missed him harrying about the middle of the park.

I hated Robertson last season, hated him. But I hold my hands up a load of folk said give him preseason and next year he will be decent.
So far along with KT, he is best player for us (... not that there are many candidates for the prestigious award)

He could have brought on Ronaldo and Messi and we still wouldn't have looked like scoring. There was no service being offered to the front men. Bringing on Caldwell wouldn't have made any difference.

I was a big fan of Fenlon and I really hope he resigns as I would have respect for that but that doesn't seem to happen anymore.

Taiwo, like Thomson and Tudur-Jones, is a defensive midfielder who is next to no threat to the opposition goal. They're all decent players sitting just in front of the back line, but imo only one of them should be on the park unless we're playing for a 0-0 or trying to protect a lead late on. To field all three at one point against a team of Hearts standard epitomised Fenlon's defensive approach.

Robertson was one of our best performers today - i suppose the substitution makes sense if he was knackered/picked up a knock/in danger of getting a second booking.
The Stanton sub was the crazy one, he just doesnt look ready for first team football. We had Caldwell on the bench who has proved he can make an impact, and two strikers who had been absolutely gash for the whole game who could have came off.

Thomson and TT as my sitting Midfielders. For me they complement each other.
Thomson was doing the work of Jones until he went off. Did Jones actually contribute anything today?? In a word NO
The ball was like a hot tattie the day... Folk go on about having too many midfielders but Jorge was a massive loss and it showed today.
A MF of TT, Jorge and KT would do me just fine

Our best chance of the game fell to Taiwo, he shouldv'e started today IMHO.
Caldwell, has he fell out with the boss or what?
Service to Vine and Collins was woeful, but in saying that, anthing that did come into the box was completely bossed by the Yam youth.

Taiwo should start ahead of Tudor-Jones. Anonymous again, today.
