Seems like Rowan Vine has introduced all the youngsters to a personal fitness and nutrition expert from Perth. They are all singing his praises on twitter.
Great news. Players nowadays can't get to the levels of fitness required to make it to the top while only training with the team.
Well done Rowan Vine.

Can only help and it's good that they young lads are prepared to commit to improving their levels of fitness.
Maybe we should get them on the Andy Murray sushi diet

The Murray diet: Andy tucks into 50 pieces of Sushi in one sitting and eats a whopping 6,000 calories each day

Tried to look the bloke up online but does not appear to have a website. Lucky we are not thinking of signing him.

That's great news, but it shouldn't take a player to do that, should be the club as a whole imo

However it begs the question of why this wasn't already in place. Surely in today's game this is something pretty fundamental that the club should have been organising?

Pretty worrying that we didn't already have some sort of nutrition expert at the club...

Players get all the nutrients they need from strong continental lagers, vodka and red bull, as well the produce of Colombia's finest crop, taken discreetly behind the velvet rope in various George Street establishments. It's a regime which has seen us average six place over the last couple of decades, and with that level of success there is no need to tinker with it, so take your namby-pamby sports science back to Perth where it belongs please, Mister Vine.
