    Hibs 3rd Kit

    My Daughter was asking if there would be a third kit out this season? Does any one know and if so when?

    I personally doubt we will need one this season as Celtic's away strip is yellow and our away strip is black.

    Whilst you're only joking, I'm pretty certain you do need 3 to play in europe. Not sure if it counts for pre season friendlies against foreign teams tho ;^)
    Never one to laugh at others misfortune but today could only have been improved by rangers getting horsed and God pissing down a meteor shower of fifty pound notes on Edinburgh

    We had that 'Thistle' 3rd kit in 11/12 despite having the black with green trim away so perhaps we may see one.

    I'd like purple if one is to appear.

    I'm sure if you check the SFA website it will be listed there as all clubs have to register their colours.

    Last years yellow kit was on there weeks before it was released

    Couldn't see anything on the SFA website, just the two strips showing on the SPFL website http://spfl.co.uk/clubs/hibernian/
    Looks like it may just be the two this season then. Although if there is a third I hope it is purple as I'm sure my Daughter would love that.

    The thing is, even without Europe we've had a 3rd strip the last few seasons. Strange we don't this time around.

    We would be better trying to stock the two strips we've got. Was in again today, nothing in a small-home or away-one medium away, just swinging on the rail on its own. Plenty L+. I know this has been done to death, fed up asking in the shop as well. Crazy that we must be losing money, year after year. As for a 3rd strip, we won't need one this season. If we'd needed one for Europe, we might have just chucked on our purple GK kit like we done with our black GK kit a few seasons ago

    When was the last time we never had a 3rd kit? Seems we always have one. If the club make money and it give ppl more choice then why not. Lot of ppl seemed unhappy with both strips so could be a big seller.

    The third strip is usally launched once the season has started, normally a week or so before an away game against Celtic . I have no doubts that we will see a third kit this season but i imagine it will be another "limited edition" like the thistle kit.

    Whenever we have a white away strip as technically we are "clashing" with Celtic.
