Id be happy to start from scratch. Set up a new league based on those clubs that actually want to abide by law, pay their taxes, creditors, and basically act in a decent fashion. Hearts, Rangers and any other wasters can play a mini league with themselves.

It's no surprise.
It was over the news last year that world wide corruption was going on in the world of football.
Football isn't a sport, it's a cash cow. And the people at the top will lie and cheat and bend and break every rule, if it makes them the most money.
