Had a quick scope and not seen one elsewhere so thought it would be good to have a place to put all rumours and transfers of other clubs in here.
I'll start with the Suarez story from the bbc:
Real Madrid are prepared to offer Luis Suarez a £140,000-a-week, four-year contract and are confident they will be able to sign the Liverpool forward, 27, for £20m plus Spanish striker Jose Callejon, 26.

Rumour doing the rounds: hearts have used their contacts at Liverpool to monitor the Suarez situation. They're ready to make him a better offer than Madrid, which would include being part of a loan deal and "big team wee team 1902 hobo 1-5 killed you"

Monaco who have just been promoted back to the top league in France seem to be the big spenders this summer, they get their cash from their owner Dmitry Rybolovlev, worth $9.1 billion. The extravagant billionaire reportedly paid more than $300 million for a Monaco penthouse called La Belle Epoque, where he lives.
Looking to sign
Falcao from A Madrid £50.7 million (€60m) release clause
Hulk from Zenit
Valdes from Barca
Already signed

Monaco have a huge advantage over the rest,as foreigners dont pay tax
on earnings...so dont expect any French signings.
Supposedly rules change in 1 year though.

Football's pish now, its just a big real life game of fantasy football for the really rich.
The sooner the ball bursts and we start again the better.

Don't know a great deal about it but Falcao is effectively 'owned' by some third party (his agent I think) so he can pretty much do what he wants with him. A few other players that moved to porto in the past have signed similar deals I'm sure also.

I hope the Huns don't follow this latest signing up with an offer for Claros - they might think that a fellow countryman will help this guy settle in.
