Eurovision (Non Shiny Fish's Eurovision updates)

    Anyone watching?

We've already had an adventurous caterpillar, a cameo from Zlatan, a shot of the big f***-off bridge between Copenhagen and Malmo, and some seriously dodgy choral singing.

Well that was s***e. Written by the two lads out of Abba apparently, it seems they've seriously lost their touch,

    Lithuania, you say?

I really hope this song's central motif is 'Roman Roman-an-nov'.

There it is! First insipid ballad in an impenetrable Eastern European language!

Amandine Bourgeois - I think she's great. She won a French pop idol thing 3 or 4 years ago and from the auditions onward there was only going to be one winner.

    And she's a bam!

Oh dear. The Turks have a fine recent pedigree in this competition, but this effort is shocking. Where did they get hold of a Liberty X cast off?

I've turned over now. It's the final of the French 'The Voice' tonight - far more important (for Eloïse - my 8 year old daughter).

The Nazi's will win it, simply because they're propping-up half the bleedin' nations that are participating.

P.S. if Hertz go pop tonight, can someone post it here? I don't have time to keep tabs on the main board tonight. Cheers.

This is rancid. Stick to chocolate, duffel coats and paedophiles, Belgium.

Not a winner, but it's hard to argue with those uplifting chords and her lovely hair.

I've been there - scary country, but some properly fit women. This is not their finest moment.
