I had to go to the main reception (not the club shop) and the girl there took a note of it and said she would pass it on to the announcer, but it would depend on how many requests they had as to whether it got read out (this was a few months ago, on a Friday, for a Saturday game - St. Mirren, 3rd Nov. ).
It got read out though and my son was delighted!
