Given that it is Celtic we are playing in the final, I'm presuming that what happened in 2001 will happen again and rightly or wrongly both teams will wear be made to wear change strips, presuming Celtic will go with all black, do you think we will go with white or yellow?
Personally I would rather see the white kit used as at least it has some green in it

Home strips please, no need whatsoever to change as there's no clash of colours.

This is true but in reality they will make us change and have done for over 20 years now

Think it'll be yellow vs black.
That said, SFA might bend over backwards for celtic to wear their white 3rd kit.

Without the possibility of wearing green shirts I'd like to see us in white shirts, green shorts and green socks, have as much green as possible

Toss a coin to determine which team wears their home strip. Can't see the point of both wearing away strips. As Wullie has said, we wore our home strips in the 60's and 70's and didn't have any problems. As far.as I'm concerned we could walk on the Hampden pitch wearing black bin liners so long as we win that big trophy.

Celtic seemingly were the home team in 2001, hence they got to wear their home top. Not sure if Hibs chose white for commercial reasons,

As we're the home team this year, there is no reason why we won't be in green

We should wear home top with green shorts. As much green as possible to commemorate a very special day....hopefully!

We have a much darker shade of green than their green. They have hoops, we don't.

Its an absolute nonsense that both teams would have to wear thier away strips for the final. Celtic have a mostly white strip with emerald green stripes on the shirt. We can wear our green shorts to have a mostly bottle green strip with white sleeves. That will not clash whatsoever.

Much more of a clash against Falkirk than there would be against Celtic. Dont see why we can't both wear home strips.

Celtic have been wearing our strip for over a century so think it's about time they got their own one.

Hibs - Home top, Septic - That strip that makes the pitch look like it's swarming with bees.

I hate that all Green with White sleeves look.
Dont like the all Yellow strip
Dont like that washed out Purple effort we had a few years back.
Dont like the black strips. Looks good with a pair of jeans, but not on the team.
White top with Green shorts and White socks will do for me, or a dark Purple top with White shorts and Purple socks looks good.
But like most of the oldies on here I can remember both clubs in their home strips with no problems ... even less so now with our darker Green.
Anyway ... in any game where both teams wear the same colour the team who has worn it the longes should get priority

Lets face it, we are talking about Scottish refs/assistants,- christ they even missed a ball at least a yard over the goal line denying us a goal [and a victory] v the ****mies.

Heres hoping we can both wear our home tops.
Hibernian Ladies played Celtic ladies last week and both played in the home tops, so obviously not seen as a colour clash there.
Think the problem is the fact that for year both hibs and celtic home kits have clashed, this season being the exception.

Is it maybe possible that we could actually wear our new strip at the cup final, as I seem to recall the Puma deal originally started early May 2010 for 3 years, and may be finito, but I guess Puma could give us more dosh to wear their gear in the final. I recall something similar happened with Dunfermline a few years back, but they wore a one off Adidas strip.
