my one positive to take from the game was Harris's performance. I think he looks to be a real player

The first goal was a mismatch at the cross, but apart from that, we were done by some good football. McFadden produced a bit of magic, which will always have the defender looking foolish, and Higgenbotham's finish was just quality. That was the difference. We opened up in the chase to get back in front, and left ourselves exposed at the end, and a deflection took it out of the reach of big Ben. Just about everything they had ended up in the back of the net in the second half.
Griffiths, Harris, Wotherspoon, McPake and Doyle all had chances, some of them had a couple, and didn't take them. While Motherwell were the better side, a 4-1 defeat was harsh on us. I think sometimes you just have to give credit to the opposition.
On another night we could have won 4-1. At least you don't walk away feeling robbed like the last few weeks.

Maybury wasn't great, but he didn't do too much wrong. There was certainly 7 or 8 of them worse out there than him.

CLAROS??? im a massive fan of Claros and think hes been brilliant this season but he was poor last night!
Why dont any our players want to shoot except Sparky? Few of them got into good positions and tried to pass the ball, really frustrated me last night, we genuinely don't have many attempts on goal game after game, look at the hearts game, we barely tested the keeper for 90mins, and thats happened so many times, if it hadnt been for moments of magic we'd be in big trouble.
