    9am - Coffee & Greggs bacon rolls
    9:30am - Light warm-up
10am - Defenders - Kicking the ball aimlessly up the park practice
Midfielders - Passing the ball backwards and sideways practice
Forwards - Go and fetch the balls kicked by defenders
12pm - Team game to include all aspects learnt above
12:15pm - Games room or home, players choice

Probably in today for a cool down session, off tomorrow and in Thursday and Friday.
Someone once told me that hard work wouldn't kill me.

I thought: "Hell, why take the chance"!

PMSL - quality post, was thinking along the same lines when I clicked on the thread.

Just imagining the full squad lined up in one half of the pitch with a ball each at their feet with Leigh up the other end, and let's practice hoof it tae Leigh!

Most days are spent making up tactics and set pieces on fifa 13 and then a fifa 13 tournament once the players get bored of the set plays and tactics sessions. If the PS3 is broken then the subbuteo mat is dusted down and unrolled. A good days training it seems.
