Not so sure it is a great move for McNamara, United are a team on the way down in my opinion.
Thompson funds have run out by the looks of things and they'll probably have to sell good players to pay current costs and then replace with inferior players.

I think it's too soon for him. He'd be better off honing his managerial skills at PT for a little longer.
I agree as well on feeling a bit sorry for Partick. They were going through a good spell and it could now be all over.

i'm disappointed in young mac, partick gave him his first break at managerial level ? and he can't even see out his first full season as a manger with them, he's young and plenty of time to move upwards, what price a little bit loyalty to the club that gave you that break young man
