never even realised either!
the only thing mad vlad had bought was the place at st andrews square but has done nothing with it and has lost a lot of money on it as well if reports are anything to go by

I'm very surprised at this news. With a client base of over 420,000 you would think that the Yukio Bankas would have been able to ride out the current problems.

It was the unwillingness of established British banks to act as a clearing house which prevented them opening.
Vlad only bought them to establish them in the uk.

As I understand it Vlad will have no problem getting a hold of cash to tide his bank over until times get better. I'm sure Wonga will front him the money at 1000,000,000 % until payday.
