Quite an even match so far. Fellaini had a decent chance earlier on which hit the post. Scholes very fortunate to still be on the pitch after a shocker of a tackle.

Everton by far the better team in that opening 45.

Cracking game so far, Everton must wonder how they're not ahead yet

To be fair, De Gea is looking like the keeper Man Utd paid so much money for tonight

Anyone willing to back Naismith for first scorer off of the Everton bench?
Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

Not too sure how Everton are not ahead here! They've been brilliant so far.

All set up nicely for Van Persie to come on and score the winner!

Everton still lack speed up the wings. When they do get forward it's all up the middle as usual.

Anyone know why man u are in a training top?

Sure my Granny had a tablecloth like that strip years ago.

Almost as bad as the Man Utd performance tonight.

89th minute but still Fergie time so ten mins to go!
Ref helping out too as Vidic let off with a blatant yellow!

Four minutes added on (about right really).

    Come on the Toffees

Good old Toffees! A typical old-fashioned Everton battle. It would be great if they could break into the top four but they just don't have the resources.

Well played Everton. Best team won.

Spot on tactically from Everton tonight. It's normally March before they put in a performance like that.

    Good win for weak starters.

    Great game to watch.
What a performance from Fellaini. The type of effort we want to see from our own Hibees. So good with the chest.
    Awful strips man u had.
Maybe start winning once the real strips arrive eh.

Over the peace Everton were the better team , no complaints about that.. United created not one clear cut chance which is pretty surprising to be honest..

Manure better up there game sharpish because if they kick into gear round about October time like they usually do , they could find themselves a fair way off the pace...

United were utter rubbish. Yes they'll improve big time, but that was honking. Makeshift defence had me worried from the off, and, to be fair, big Fellaini was out of this world. Better team won.

    Well played Everton
