evening folks.
Unfornanatly today i was given a fixed penalty of £60 and 3 penalty points and was wondering where i stood with regards telling my insurance? This is the first and only time i have been given points
would my insurance premuim go up?
I ve been driving for 8years and this is the first time this has happened and well it was for speeding(i did think it was a 40mph limit and it was 30)
any feedback would be most welcomed

I think it will count as a motoring conviction won't it? I don't think it comes into play until u renew though.

You have to tell your insurer to keep your insurance valid. Don't worry, it shouldn't affect your premium.

As above you must inform your insurance (as its just the kind of thing they will use to get out of paying should you need them) it should not effect your costs much however

I work for Aviva, you need to tell them shouldnt do much to your renewal premium just goes down as a SP30 if it was a DR or IN offence then worry but you'll be fine.

When you pay the fine they should clarify what the conviction code is.
