Dundee United still offer a 'black and tangerine' brick commemorating their history, I think Hibs should maybe do that. It might encourage some parents to bring their children to the games if they have a brick bought for them.

Never one to laugh at others misfortune but today could only have been improved by rangers getting horsed and God pissing down a meteor shower of fifty pound notes on Edinburgh

I would be interested in this should it come back out to raise some much needed revenue. Would be worth say £100 per brick name and short message on the brick would be good to see it in decades when your older with kids/grandkids/great grandkids ... you get the point.

Rangers had a similar scheme a few years back to raise cash.

    Worked for them!

Could be popular if you get to chuck said brick at the Hibs player of your choice.

I remember a scheme in the 90's which I gave a £100 I could ill afford at the time but gave in to peer pressure (big bother ) which raised about £250,00 and I'm sure it was used for leveling the pitch in the end, I think our names went up on a board under the ff, does anyone know what the initial reason for it was? sure Dougie Cromb was the chairmen then.

It was knowing as the "100 club" and all names are on "rather nice" boards for all to see. I thought that all monies raised was to go towards the rebuild of the ground.......

Could they not do something for the long term ST holders? Ie. If you stay a ST holder for 25 years then you get a brick/place on a wall in your name. I know it will not be that simple (constant v consecutive years, people buying in each others names, etc) but it'd be a good way to reward and encourage those who have been with the club for a long time.

    Yes that was it mate.

I've always meant to get a photo of the board with my name on it, I'll do it this season.
