Will look forward to that. I know the photo shoot was done a couple of weeks ago, James McPake was certainly impressed. A nice darkish emerald green please.

Who is in charge at Ashburton Grove, Arsene or R. Swipe? Look at this:

That's poor by any measure.
I also notice that both cheeks of the OF have gone very retro for next season. I REALLY hope we've done the same.

Nike seem to have lost the plot because both Barca efforts are honking as well.

i passed shop today at 11.30am...and it was all shuttered up...thought that was very odd...
EDIT: see coco beat me to it...after reading thread I too wondered if it was a shop re-stocking / new strip launch...
before i had though that after cup final when it was selling loads - its maybe a bit like the old russian shops...only US v them Tee shirts today.......Last edited by down-the-slope; 24-05-2012 at 04:59 PM.

heres the answer - pretty short notice
http://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/news/20120522/clubstore-announcement_2262950_2785538
shop hours only 12pm-3pm for summer weekdays and 10am-5pm Saturdays.
not the best hours...and strikes me that the tourist trade which seemed to be building will reduce as its a bit of a small window and surely you would expect 'nomal' shop hours

You would hope the strip unveiling would be the perfect chance to also announce at least 1 new signing?

Anything is better than that 2 shades of green strip we have now, awful design. Get back to the classic green body, white collar, white sleeves. Find designer of the mess Hibs wore this last season and kick his @rse

My heart is still set on the hibs kit that did the rounds on here and facebook a while back. And, promisingly, this Well kit looks to be a very very similar.
Ah well, one can hope.

I like the fan involvement adapted into it and the history behind the kit. I couldn't see Hibs wearing something with a green variat though, for me it has to be green and white, needs to have white sleeves. I think the away kit should be an exact reversal, so mainly white with green sleeves.
For 2015 (140th anniversary) I'd like to a 3rd choice kit that was the original design of green and white hoops.

I just hope that they have an only white band across the chest and not different shades of green
-

not a fan of the white band across the chest idea - basically just an advertising billboard - didn't like it first time round either.
My favourite from recent years was the 2000 ish kit with the simple white crew collar, but I have to admit, I'd like a change to bottle green too this year

i know a lot of people will think this is a gash idea, but...... i think that we should have a scottish cup strip every year and it should be a bottle green top (no white sleeves), white shorts and bottle green socks, it was the strip we wore the last time we one the cup. nobody else has a strip solely for the national cup and with the romance and heartache surrounding the cup for hibs i think it would be a nice idea! we've never won the strip with the white sleeves. i'm actually surprised that petrie hasnt thought of it, its another product to sell!
home strip: green body white sleeves, white shorts, green and white socks.
away strip: purple and green
scottish cup strip: bottle green top, white shorts, bottle green socks.
this would do away with the 2nd away strip we bring out that i always find pointless.

Couldn't care if Hibs played in a Borat style Mankinni. If we win a cup or actually play football who really cares??
