Approaching Hampden Aitkenhead road

Just getting round to planning my parking

Would i be ok approaching Hampden from the Aitkenhead road side ? I parked along that road for the Killie Final and got parked ok with a wee walk to the ground mingling with Killie fans.
I don't really fancy mingling with the Jamboids this time though.
So if i park on that road will i approach the Hibs end of Hampden ?

Also , is the main Hampden car park closed for the final or did i just dream that ?

Always find Queens Drive is a good street to head for, there is usually parking in the field there (may cost a fiver) and there are a couple of hotels for a pre match drink.

Only around 5 - 10 minutes walk to the ground.

Hotel postcode is G42 8BS if needed for satnav.

I would say that will be more Hearts orientated but should be ok.
