and, IIRC, Hibs fans certainly didn't want him coming when he played for Inverness. He was very average player and no better than Rankin.

It's no wonder that Black seems to play his best against us.
He seems to get the players as riled up as he does the fans, then they can't think straight on the park.
We shouldn't be giving this little s****bag the time of day. He's just a bunch of talk.

NB - I've nothing at all against Black save the fact he's an annoying Jamboid mutant with typical delusions of granduer. Apart from that I'm sure he's a very nice chap.Last edited by basehibby; 05-05-2012 at 02:53 PM.

It's really funny that he can't be a great player in the SPL because he plays for Hearts. How childish.

he was definitely NOT a wanted man by a good deal of hibbies.
can anyone honestly remember him being a stand out for Inverness? I think not.

What's your point? Even if there are exceptions to the rule, the fact is that most 'hated' players are pretty good performers for their respective teams. Yes?

sorry. but Black was hated not because he was "good". He was (and still is) a career ender. Some of his play is downright shocking.
He's hated because fans hate hatched men. And that's what his locker contains.
Even Rangers fans would agree!
