With the Huns possibly getting league title stripped off them for the dodgy contracts. Would it be viable for the 3rd place teams suing them for lost champs league earnings in these seasons? Hibs could have been 2nd in 04/05 if the Huns had been playing fair.
This whole situation is one massive can of worms about to be opened.

We can't claim for hypothetical situations. Knowing that this sort of thing won't be able to happen in the future will be enough compensation for me!

hmmm, intriguing possibilities for claiming compensation based on hypotheticals. How about us trying to recoup the 2004 League Cup back from Livingston, given that they overpaid their players and went into administration not long after? Or Rangers demanding to be awarded a playoff match to determine the "new" winner of the 1992 European Cup against AC Milan given that winners Marseille were proved to have cheated.
Hindsight is great, but let's live in the moment.
Bloody hate this compensation culture!
