    Yellow Cards

Heard the commentator saying, during the Rangers game, that clubs get charged for players picking up yellow cards, is this new in place or has it always been the way? Also is it just Scottish cup games or SPL also?

I think it's a new thing as part of the SFA reforms last summer. Clubs also get paid now for having a certain number of under-21 players in their first team + subs. If Collum hadn't been lenient with the Huns today he could have bankrupted them before the tax case.

SHaha he was good at upkeeping with the strict guidelines of employing the rules fairly, as the OF interperet them. Pretty rubbish rule though
