Yams cup game moved/ Our next cup match

    http://www.hmfckickback.co.uk/index....tish-cup-game/

Hearts game moved to Sunday 14:15 live on Sky so looks like we are playing on the Saturday. Is there not a Scotland v England rugby match that Saturday at Murrayfield too?

Sorry if this has been mentioned already, Admins please delete if it has

Sounds like good news for us as should mean we stay at 3pm unless our game is moved for tv also hopefully unlikely. Rugby is a 5pm kick off.

Yes a 3pm game would be nice. Certainly didnt think hearts v St J was a candidate for tv, thought Celtic away to Inverness or Dunfermline would have been televised. Stay clear of the town that Saturday night then eh with all the ruggers about.

Dunno, how much do Sky pay for a run of the mill cup game not featuring an Ugly Sister, and how much will be lost in ticket sales in comparison? I've no idea.

Judging by the 6000 (not including 2500 away fans) or so yams that turned up to their home game against AT there wont be many at this one especially with it being Sunday and on TV. 7000 tops if yer lucky

It used to be around £120,000 split equally between the 2 teams

Think i read not long ago it was £80k each. That'll equate to about 3 days wages for the yam bams
Never one to laugh at others misfortune but today could only have been improved by rangers getting horsed and God pissing down a meteor shower of fifty pound notes on Edinburgh

Arbroath got £82.5k for their game.

B*gger, was really hoping our game would be moved to the Sunday.

£82.5k is not that much when you consider that 4,000 at £20 might not go becauses it's on TV

Our match might be an earlier kick off to ease he policing in the city. That won't help our gate.

Never mind. Only 4 wins to go !

I'll be surprised if they don't get over 10k at their match V St J.....simply put there is no evidence to suggest otherwise.

the sky cash may pay Vlads solicitors fees for selling West Register Street....he'll need more than £85k though...

a one off tv deal wont clear the debt, and get them out of the mire they are in, and there is a good chance that they dont go much further in this competition despite their affinity with it

If memory serves me right this was on a week night? And was there not some dispute over ticket prices meaning that they were very high? Sorry if I am mistaken.

Particularly foolish of the yams to go on TV, as their whole survival strategy relies on every one of those 4,000 buying extra programmes, pies and that to make up their £730127831million deficit. It's yamathematics gone mad!

2 years ago it was the same scenario. If we kicked off early it was only a hour early as i was meant to be going to the rugby but gave the ticket to my sisters flatmate as i didn't want to leave the cup match early. Got the same dilemma this year. If it is 3pm it will be first half then make an exit to get along to murrayfield. For once i'd like a lunchtime kickoff so i could watch all of both.

It better be an early kick off as I've got a free bar and ticket for the rugby all ready sorted. It would be wrong to miss a free bar......

Personally would be quite happy with 2pm kick off as would allow me to watch both however there is so few 3pm kick offs it would seem a waste not to have it for this match.
