Am I the only one who finds it a bit disappointing and somewhat inaoppropriate to have that large advertisement designed to encourage breast enlargement surgery on this site?

Nope, no-one is forcing you to have breast surgery.

Does everyone see the same ads? I thought these things were based on the cookies in your computer, ie. someone who does loads of google searches for "big boobies" will see ads for breast enlargements?
