So did I. Had to do some labouring for a mate on the side mind you, but hey, it's cash in hand.

Did your employer release a press release to crow about it, though? That's the question.

I got paid today, I usually get paid on a Friday. Also, my bonus will be through for Tuesday.
No many Jambo's that can say that eh, wages a day early and a bonus paid on time!''It's always been just part of the culture. I also get paid on the 15th of every month. Being particularly skint this month due to excessive spending by the wife (only joking honey, honestly) I checked online yesterday at 06.00. NOTHING!!!!!! Raging I was and definitely thought of walking, well walking after I jumped on a bus, a helicopter, another bus and a plane that is. Thankfully a little email to Milan and Zurich and hey presto, my wages were in by 09.00. Just shows that international payments can indeed be paid on time. (as an aside obviously my wages were already in the system and just needed the OK, cannot remember the name for it, from the donor bank to release the funds) Hope there is some left when I get home next week.
