Love the fact he's talking about getting more out of players before looking to the transfer market, IMO managers are far too quick to sign a player who more often than not won't be any better than what we've got in the hope it'll be a quick fix.

Ultimately he'll almost definately have to replace a lot of the dross but it's refreshing to hear him trying to improve what he's got before he does so.

Which roughly translates to "The players have put their iPods and laptops in their lockers and made their way to the pitches for a leisurely walk around the perimeter before morning coffee and Hobnobs"
