    Criteria for the new manager

My first criteria for the new manager would be to move the whole club to full day training in line with the top clubs in England. This should apply to youth and u19 players as well.
Any players who are not happy with the change should be asked to leave. Our poor fitness since JC left has been embarrassing.
    Any other suggestions?

    1. Win more games than you lose or draw.
    2. Play decent football at ER
    3. Don't lose to the Jambo's
    4. Win the Scottish cup

    Simple really

We've been working on this quite a while now. Slight hold-up, but nothing a new manager can't sort.
