Aguero.
While I agree that Silva is an amazing player, Aguero gives you creativity and finishing. Even the poorest midfield would create chances he's capable of taking at SPL level.
Kun Aguero on the back of a Hibs strip - the reason Championship Manager exists!

Hernandez, he can score anything.
Midfielder would be Silva, he has Xavi's awareness but the Messi like style attacking.
