Here's a wee link about it, it doesn't go into too many details though! http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/2011/10...6908-23494462/

Think about the ongoing problems that Craig Whyte has brought upon himself since becoming new owner at Rangers.

Pretty much the same thing happened to my wife as appeared to happen to these two.
She worked for a huge Multi million pound drinks company which sold the distillery where she was manager of the visitor centre. During the first two weeks of the new owner taking over, he blanked her, never asked for any information and undermined her at every opportunity. She resigned at the end of the two weeks and was told not to bother to come back, clear her personal stuff and go.There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

They've been lucky-directors can be held personally responsible for company debts if knowingly trading when insolvent.

It was incredible how many of the rangers staff were openly hostile about Whytes bid, and you would think they would have had the good grace to reconsider their alignment when Whyte became owner. I'd have binned them all too.

John Grieg, unfortunately, picked the wrong side in the struggle for the takeover of Rangers
The tax man better get in now before the ex Directors take Rangers to court
