Never my favourite as a player, but have to say, I he speaks very well on Monday night football. He has filled the hole left by Andy Gray very well. Enjoy listening to him.

I don't like him but he is better listening to than Andy Gray.
Less talk, more gifs. 21.05.16

Very professional and extremely well informed.
A welcome addition to the Sky team, I think.
Can't wait to hear his post-match analysis of the next Manchester derby.

Disliked him at Man Ure with a passion but he is great at this analysis lark IMHO.

Hardly. The guys a tool/fool. He said tonight talking about Leon Best "local lad who's come through the youth ranks". They signed him in 2010 after he'd being playing in the championship for years! Amateur!

Yep, There was nae bigger Gary Neville hater than me, Absolute despised the guy but credit where its due, He has morphed right into Andy Gray and does a great job talking alot of sense...Same with Charlie Nic, Never had any time for him as a player but as a pundit he knows his football.

I like what he says but can't stand the adenoidal Manc way he says it. No presence at all.

IMO Andy Gray was a self absorbed football parasite, who had huge and perceptive knowledge of all things football, good and bad, completed undermined by the fact that he did nor have the 'nads to become the real deal as a football manager despite the offers. What I like about GN is that he looks and talks as if he could still play. All experts have shelf lives.

Standing side on to the camera doesn`t do him many favours tho, esp as the other bloke`s like a bean-pole!
