Nadal away for an MRI scan on his foot. Apparently 'worried' about it.

Sharapova is absolutely schooling Cibulkova just now.
It's not been anywhere near as entertaining as the Lisicki game from earlier today.

Do like Sharapova but the screaming noises that come from her are cringeworthy imo.
Bartoli earlier against Lisicki was superb to take the 2nd set in a tie break after saving 3 match points but she simply had nothing left in the tank for the final set.
Mon Murray the morra!

Personally I think all this grunting and funny noise making should be banned. It's annoying for us as spectators and must get to the opposition. It just appears to be the trend nowadays. Funnily enough you rarely see it in the mens game.

Think the gentlemen's semifinals - or possibly ladies' and gentlemen's - are being shown in 3D tellybox. Anyone know where that's available in Edinburgh?

Strange that we haven't heard from FalkirkHibee especially on a tennis thread and one that he started.
Hope he's okay - Maybe he's on his hols? Anybody know

Djokovic struggling in the second set to the new Australian No.1 Tomic. Djokovic took the first set but it looks like the second set will even the match up.
Could there be a shock result in store?

Doubles matches - Why do the players find the need to give each other a wee touch on the hand everytime they win a point? I've even seen them doing it when they lose the point. Looks a bit camp when it's the mens doubles.

Does anyone else think Federer is deeply annoying and a bit of a ponce? Im guessing I might be in the minority here but im probably a bit of a xenophobe about the Swiss, they annoy me. There, ive said it. Im a big racist.
Tsonga coming back into it nicely.

Great stuff from Tsonga. Murray must have a real chance this year if he plays to his best.

Let the 'Federer is finished' talk begin. Very surprising considering he was coming from his finest French Open in terms of performance.

If Murray continues playing everything to Lopez's b-hand this should be over very quickly.

Brilliant again from Murray, I really hope he aint injured or ruptured something tho..Was clearly wincing with pain for a good 20 minute after the initial incident.
Straight forward match as was his 4th round match whilst Nadal dropped a set in both matches and has played way more game time than Andy.
Go Andy, Take the Spaniard in the semis!
