I realise now it doesn't come across that way but it was a bit tongue in cheek.
In the context that it's in, it looked a bit stereotypical Trainspotting style "hoors, thieves and Junkies".
Anyway I'm now fully depressed. Not only is our team crap but we lost the election to Hearts as well
