Reading the content of that link vs the sensationalist headline leaves one with the impression that even The Daily Record might have blushed at such brazen over-egging.

Thompson is a childhood Saints fan, who was - unless someone in the know can expand further - was about as "linked" to Hibs as Jordi Cruyff or Jose Antonio Reyes ever was.

Specualtive at best that report. Headline states one thing despite the article saying "linked."
He's from Paisley and thankfully will be going back there.
