The World Anti-Doping Agency defines a specified substance as one that is "more susceptible to a credible, non-doping explanation".
Does this mean that it's coke/weed etc?
Is doping the term for a performance enhancer or does that cover that above?

It's more likely to be methylhexaneamine or any of about 100 others which are on WADA's list. Substances which are banned but which can be consumed in food supplements etc without the individual actually knowing.
It's a grey area which WADA look at regularly when it comes to advancing the technology used in testing procedures. When it's possible to ingest a banned substance without knowing, how do you prove it was done intentionally. Currently, as in Mensing's case, it is not a case of innocent until proven guilty.
