Ticket refund

hi guys,

has anyone lost/forgot there season ticket and had to pay at the gate then reclaim the money?

I know i done this a few year back when it was a ticket season book and you just handed over the ticket stub you bought and the number the game would have been and got your money back. However not sure how they would go about this for the e-card?

I am guessing there SHOULD be a machine of some sort to say its not been scanned for that game but hey - its our ticket office were talking about. any help would be great cheers:cgwa:cgwa

If you go to the TO early Im sure they will charge £10 to replace your ST. If you have just forgot it buy a ticket and they refund it when you bring ST and match ticket together at a later date.
