Watch out, a bit of a positive side to this thread.
I "tweeted" rob asking what he thought of Matt Thornhill, and i got a response....
@LewisGFraser very very good player, love him.not spectacular but does everything right.very intelligent player.hard worker yes,I've got time for him as a player, think he will do well given time.
I got replies from alot of Forest fans aswell, all saying he didn't get a chance and he will rip this league apart.
Just though i'd share with everyone! Follow me aswell

Good stuff, posted similar on another thread, a couple Forest fans I know rated him, just said they were well covered in midfield and it was a pity he never got more of a chance.

The Forest forum were unanimous in rating him highly. It sounds very promising.

Though I'm sure the 'experts' who have never seen him play will be right along in a minute to tell us all how mince he is...

My Forest connection says he's fond of a night out on the town, should fit in well.

Thanks for putting a negative spin on one of the rare positive threads in recent days/weeks.

There's only one thing better than a Hibs calendar and that's two Hibs calendars

any night out on the town that ends up with you getting a " friar tuck" is never a waste.

Good news, hopefully he and Scott in midfield will give us a battling midfield.

Maybe it was the guy he buys his logs from.
Or maybe someone he met one day when he went for a walk in the woods....

Is he Hibernian minded? Is he Hibernian class? What will he make of Rankin? Does he know where the chairman lives? - just in case.
Just kidding!
Sounds like a decent capture. Good luck Matt - The Messiah?

But he's definitely mince and I'll be booing him on to the pitch in his debut, in time-honoured Hibernian fashion.
(thought I'd better put in a smiley, just in case there's any misunderstanding!)
