    Manchester City v Everton

    Currently 2-0 to Everton with 10 minutes to go til half time, both goals coming in the opening 20 minutes.

    Manchester City pummelling them just now though and Everton are struggling to get out of their own box.

    This was supposed to be the night when Manchester City would go top of the league at Christmas for the first time in over 80 years.

    Loving the Everton fans singing "2-0 and we've spent eff all"

    Always had a wee a soft spot for City (even before they got their bajillions) so I hope they do well. Should really have had a penalty first half and a bit unlucky to be 2-0 down tbh.

    Everton now down to 10 men for the last half an hour after Victor Anichebe gets two yellows in a short space of time.

    First one was harsh for a challenge on Joe Hart but having got that booking, his challenge for the second booking was really foolish.

    What makes it worse for Everton is that David Moyes was about to replace him by putting on Louis Saha.

    How did that stay out?

    Balotelli through on goal, he tries to chip the keeper and it comes back off the post.

    Thought that was an equaliser all the way.
