This looks like a good move by CC as some of the players didn't look as though they were exactly in peak physical condition.

good friend of mine currently assists with the fitness training (Hibs use the strength and conditioning guys from Stevenson College). He has said that this guy is absolutely top drawer, however nothing to do with management, purely to get the boys ability to actually run for 90 mins back up again.
