What is done at east Mains?

NOT A Moan.............Just a question, does anyone know how much time do the players actually spend at East Mains each day and perhaps more importantly, what do they do there?


Practice Penalties?
Practice Throw-ins?
General Fitness work?
Analysis of the next opponents strengths/weaknesses?

Just a couple of areas where I'm certain some improvement could be gained.
If you can think of anything else for them to do that you think would improve our lot please feel free to add to the list.

Seriously though.... if anyone actually knows the players regimes please feel free to post here so we can judge for ourselves the level of commitment to our club shown by the players.
