    Colin Nish

Chatting to Colin Nish today and after going of injured on Saturday, he is getting a scan on his ankle tomorrow and could be out for a few weeks. Hope its not bad and he's back to knock a couple in against the jambo's in a couple of weeks time.

Eeek! What we going to do on Saturday?! Deeks up by himself? Play Galbraith on the left wing as a sort of striker in a similar position to what Deeks played last season?

Trakys to start alongside Deek or Deek on his own in a 4-5-1
    This is how it feels

If we've any sense we'll start our two fit strikers up front.

We had to wait for the cigarette smoke around him to clear away, it interfered with the scan results.

I love a thread with the title 'Colin Nish'. 8 pages?

Hope he's back for the derby, even if it's on the bench.

Looks like we will see just how good or important Nish is for us in the next couple of weeks. Hope he is back in time for the yams game and banging in the goals.

Of topic but forget about 4-4-2. Even if all our strikers are fit get ready for 4-5-1 from now on.

'sense' is as rare as yogi's gold dust in football.

How will that work? If we win will that mean we are better without him? And if we lose what difference will it make?

    Strange way to put it.

    Should that not read:

"How good is this Lithuanian fellow, you chaps who have witnessed his recent brief performances?"

Surely we have to recall Byrne back, and surely we will have an U19 striker on the bench as we need some attack minded players on the bench.

Maybe we do need to look to the 19's. If Byrne was that good would he have been loaned out?

I am going to go out on a limb and say no. I would love him to be the next O'Conner but I have to say I am becoming board with the 'bring him back' chat.

I know what you mean. It never worked for Kenny Miller, Deeks or Garry O'

I will go out on a limb and say that if he had half a chance at this time he would still be at Easter Road. I acknowledge the fact some come in later than others, but would Yogi have really put him out if he did not have a chance?

Has he done anything since his initial goals in the bottom division of the Scottish leagues?

Not as boring as you slating the guy. He's done well out on loan and deserves a chance when he returns. Whenever that may be.

What makes him deserve a chance? You did not answer my question since his first game how many goals has he scored?

Does he deserve more of a chance than Nish?

I wish I'd read that before responding to your other comment. You're clearly on the wind up.
