Think you could be right although I think Hart may get a start and Hogg may start centre back instead of Hanlon

Yep, think this is what will happen.

I still very much rate Murray, but would be concerned about him going up against Aluko if he was fully match fit, never mind playing his first game in weeks.

Aye Hanlon on the left... or maybe grounds... but grounds can be a bit clueless

I think experience will be the key tomorrow and he will be relying pretty heavily on Stevenson and Evans for advice. They chose Lewis at LB and Hanlon at CH last week. I can see Bamba playing a holding role in midfield.

This is the team I think he'll play tomorrow.

    Brown

    Hart---Hogg---Hanlon---Stevenson

    Bamba

    Spoony---McBride---Miller---Riordan

    Nish
    Subs

    Smith (GK)
    Thicot
    Grounds
    Rankin
    Galbraith
    Trackys

I think we need to get Ian Murray back into midfield along with Miller which would give Miller a bit more freedom to structure attacks which he is better at than defending, plus Murray is a better midfielder than a left back

Would be very harsh to drop Hanlon, thought he was the best player on the park versus Killie.

I dont think he will change the team from last week, may be a bit silly on his part to come in and tinker, given we won last week.

If it was me I would be tempted to go with

    Brown

    Hart / Hogg / Hanlon / Murray

    Bamba

    Rankin / Miller / Stevenson

    Nish

    Riordan
Just about as narrow as can be, but the only time I have seen Aberdeen play was against rangers and they seemed to get all of there joy through the middle. If it is not working the benefit is we have wide players on the bench that can come on Galbraith, De Graff, Wotherspoon.

    Brown

    Hart--Hogg--Hanlon--Stevenson

    ----McBride-Bamba-Miller

    Spoony--------------------------Riordan

    ------------------Nish

    That will do for me

i very much doubt that bamba will play in midfield, him and hogg as centre backs, miller and mcbride in the middle

Aberdeen will play with Aluko, Maguire, Mackie and Vernon, so I can't see anything other than a 4-5-1 to combat their wide threat and pace, also to nullify Hartley in midfield who orchestrates.

I can see Riordan playing up front alone, with support coming from Wotherspoon and possibly Galbraith if he has recovered.

I think Riordan might start on the left... and he may start Nishy or Trakys up front if he goes for 4 5 1

    Brown
    Hart Hogg Bamba Grounds
    Spoony Miller Mcbride Riordan
    Nish Trackys

    When is Stack back?
And im assuming De Graaf is injured?

Why? Would you put Stack back in ahead of Brown?

Might as well give him a chance if hes fit I suppose. If it goes wrong and hes crap Calderwood will be forgiven for trying something new and getting to know his players but if hes great and scores a hat-trick the manager looks like a genius. Win-Win!!!

Brown hasn't done anything wrong to be dropped but i think Stack is probably the best keeper we have at the moment.

I thought Aluko was out for months.

My mistake. Didn't realise he had taken such a sore one. I still think it's wise playing a little more defensive up there in midfield. I know McGhee has tried to lead the press into thinking he is willing to play young Maguire through the middle, but with him, Mackie and Velicka/Vernon, they may set up a little like 4-3-3.

Hartley, despite his age, still tends to run most of their play.

As long as we keep things tight I think we could easily get at least a point from this game with a little patience and counter attacking play.

Wasn't 100% sure to be honest.

Get to half time without conceding a goal and their fans will turn on them, McGhee in particular.

    He ain't I'm afraid.

I think he made his comeback last week and will almost certainly play against us tomorrow.

Pacy, elusive wingers always cause us bother and I don't expect tomorrow will be any different.

This is how you'd want Hibs to play?
