One of more illustrious Knockbackers is suggesting he's in big trouble with the club because he lied to them when asked about it a couple of weeks back.

Thomson, seen as one of Scotland's rising stars, was forced to tell Hearts boss Jim Jefferies about the allegations. Sources said the manager "hit the roof" but is backing his player.
Just as well it wasn't Graham Rix still in charge, he would have done more than back him, he would've joined in.

They have probably never recovered from the loss of Rix and this acounts for the failure of Vlads many "visions" to arrive. This "I didn't know they were underage" defence doesn't wash either. Would we accept it from someone 10 years older than Thomson? I doubt it and rightly so.

If he's found guilty then he deserves to be punished accordingly because ignorance isn't a defence. But theres a difference between actively looking for underage girls and making a stupid mistake.
