His wikipedia site says that he's still unattached.
Maybe we're waiting to move someone on before we bring anyone in under freedom of contract.

I was hoping we would sign Biscan.
Denneboom, has a reasonable CV.....if its him, gotta be better than Nish (who I think gets some unfait stick btw, but thats a whole other calendar thread!)
Wouldnt mind if we signed up Biscan and Denneboom.

I'll save everyone else the trouble as I'm sure the first thing folk will do is wiki him:

And from the Scotsman:
Hibs manager John Hughes is still in signing talks with Netherlands cap Romano Denneboom as he bids to replace Anthony Stokes. Lithuanian international striker Valdas Trakys has been handed a trial, but Hughes is still weighing up a move for Denneboom. "It's still ongoing and we were looking to see whether we could do something incentive-based," he said. "The only thing is his fitness. He's a big lump of a boy.Last edited by Speedway; 07-09-2010 at 08:24 AM.

Seems fair enough, obviously not fit enough to play right away but if they are talking about an incentivised deal then hopefully both parties would benefit.
Has a decent pedigree so worth the gamble to try and get him back to fitness. We need someone who can actually cause defenders a phyiscal problem now and again.

So, he's a big, physical, unfit striker who doesn't score many goals despite having played at a reasonably high level.
The new Nade?
